The Problem

Sound familiar?

"Anyone free this weekend?"

Sent to eight people. Four maybes. Two no responses. One thumbs up from someone who clearly didn't read it. Zero plans made.

The message that goes nowhere

The plan that formed without you.

Saturday happens. Photos appear. You see it on Sunday. Nobody left you out on purpose — coordination is just broken.

The group chat problem

Three weeks. Zero confirmed plans.

Everyone's theoretically interested. Nobody commits. The weekend arrives and you're improvising again.

Planning paralysis

How it works

Simple by design.

Three steps. No complexity. Just your friend group, finally in sync.

Set your weekends.

Mark which days you're free — Thursday through Sunday — months in advance. Takes about ten seconds. No calendar access required.

Your availability is always up to date, always private to your groups.

See who overlaps.

Your group's availability syncs in real time. You can see exactly which days have the best turnout — before you even suggest a plan.

No more "who's free?" in a group chat that becomes a seven-reply thread.

Propose and decide.

Suggest a plan with a title, date, and location. The group votes yes, maybe, or no. When enough people are in, it's confirmed.

Polls, comments, and vibe checks for the finer details.

Features

Everything your group needs.

Private, invite-only.

Friend groups

Create a group with an 8-character invite code. Your college friends, your work crew, your neighborhood — each group has its own space.

Thu–Sun, months in advance.

Availability calendar

Set your free days in seconds. See your whole group's availability side by side, with no clutter from days that don't matter.

Propose. Vote. Confirm.

Plan voting

Someone suggests a plan. The group votes yes, maybe, or no. When the votes land, the plan is confirmed — not "probably happening."

Before you commit to a plan.

Vibe checks

Send a quick "Who's down for Saturday night?" and see who responds. Lightweight, expiring polls for casual temperature-taking.

Live updates, no refreshing.

Real-time sync

Availability changes, vote tallies, and new plans appear instantly across the group. Everyone sees the same thing.

Your calendar, without the complexity.

Google Calendar sync

Connect Google Calendar to add your Meetzi plans there and keep them updated automatically.

All features included. Coming soon — free.

Why Meetzi

Built for how friends actually plan.

Private by design

Your availability is only visible to your groups and accepted friends. No public profiles. No algorithmic discovery.

No feed, no noise

Meetzi is not a social network. There's no endless scroll, no likes, no posts. Just your group, your plans, your weekends.

No ads.

Meetzi won't monetize your social graph, your location, or your plans.

Built for how it actually works

Plans happen in small, trusted groups. That's the whole design. Not scaled for strangers — built for your people.

FAQ

Common questions.

Yes — Meetzi is completely free to use. No in-app purchases, no subscription.

Yes, Meetzi is an iOS app, so your friends will need it to share availability and vote on plans. Once it launches, you'll be able to share the App Store link directly from within the app.

Most social plans happen in the Thu–Sun window. Keeping it focused means you're not managing a full calendar — just the part that actually matters for making weekend plans.

Only the people in your groups and your accepted friends. Your availability is never public and never shared outside those connections.

Yes. Create or join as many groups as you like — college friends, work crew, neighborhood crew, whoever. Each group has its own space and invite code.

Not yet. Meetzi is iOS only right now. If you're on Android and want to be notified when that changes, reach out — we'd love to know there's interest.

Everyone in the group can vote "I'm in" or "Can't make it." The plan stays active until its date passes, then moves to history. You can add polls to decide details (where exactly, what time), leave comments, and see who's going.

Yes. Connect Apple Calendar in Settings → Calendar. Plans you vote in on are added to your calendar automatically. You can also review upcoming calendar events and import them as busy blocks so your availability stays accurate.
